What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you purchase access to one of our Mometrix online courses and decide that it’s not right for you, you can get a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the seven day trial period has ended, you will not be able to obtain a refund for the month’s subscription.
To ask for a refund within your 7-day trial period, you can hit the chat icon at the bottom right of your screen or just email us at support@mometrix.com with the subject line “Satisfaction Guarantee Refund.” Be sure to provide us with your name and order number so we can cancel the right subscription.
The 7-day satisfaction guarantee is limited to one per customer.
