What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. 

If you purchase access to one of our Mometrix online courses and decide that it’s not right for you, you can get a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the seven day trial period has ended, you will not be able to obtain a refund for the month’s subscription.

To ask for a refund within your 7-day trial period, simply email us at support@mometrix.com with the subject line “Satisfaction Guarantee Refund.” Be sure to provide us with your name and order number so we can cancel the correct subscription and refund the correct order.

The 7-day satisfaction guarantee is limited to one per customer.
