Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

We do! We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. 

If you purchase access to a Mometrix online course and decide it’s not right for you, you can get a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. Please note that unsubscribing within the first 7 days will not automatically give you a refund. After the seven day trial period has ended, you will not be able to obtain a refund for the month’s subscription.

To inquire about a satisfaction refund, click the chat button in the bottom right corner of this screen or simply email us at support@mometrix.com with the subject line “Satisfaction Guarantee Refund.” Please be sure to provide us with your name and order number so we can cancel the right subscription.

The 7-day satisfaction guarantee is limited to one per customer.
