Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

We do! We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. 

If you purchase access to a Mometrix online course and decide it’s not right for you, you can get a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. Please note that unsubscribing within the first 7 days will not automatically give you a refund. After the seven day guarantee period has ended, you will not be able to obtain a refund for the month’s subscription.

To inquire about a satisfaction refund, simply email us at support@mometrix.com with the subject line “Satisfaction Guarantee Refund.” Please be sure to provide us with your name and order number so we can cancel the right subscription and refund the correct order.

The 7-day satisfaction guarantee is limited to one per customer.
